Design-Build

Our pre-construction services are designed to control costs, expedite schedules and promote high quality workmanship to successfully deliver a turn-key facility. Colt Builders has fostered long-time relationships with many of the region's leading architects and engineers. We can provide the design team, or we can work with an owner's designers.
