Colt Builder's President Lonnie Cruz, while working with General Contractor Weil Construction Inc., was the superintendent responsible for the selective demolition and renovation of basement, 2nd floor, 3rd floor and 5th floor of the occupied and operational Pete V. Domenici Federal Courthouse.  Work provided a variety of new spaces including: server room, office space, law library, courtroom, public intake space, staff breakroom, restrooms.  Scope included HVAC, electrical upgrades, plumbing, structural, and interior finishes.  All work was performed at night.
