Colt Builder's President Lonnie Cruz, while working with General Contractor Weil Construction Inc., was the superintendent responsible for the complete gutting and renovation of the Nick Madrid gymnasium, which included replacement of partitions, floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors, gym equipment, plumbing fixtures, HVAC, electrical upgrade with new panels, power, lighting, fire alarm, intercom, A/V system and security.
