Colt Builder's President Lonnie Cruz, while working with General Contractor Weil Construction Inc., was the superintendent responsible for the conversion of a decommissioned hospital into an Acute Alternate Care Facility (ACF) in response to Covid-19 Pandemic. Work included renovation, upgrade, and refitting of venter layouts for patient rooms for non-Covid-19 patients. 20 ICU rooms upgraded with negative pressure isolation systems. Construction of "Clean Zone" and "Hot Zone" facilities to maintain isolation for patients and doctors.
