Colt Builder's President Lonnie Cruz, while working with General Contractor Weil Construction Inc., was the superintendent responsible for the new construction of a 20,667 SF addition to an existing facility.  The facility is a two-story structural steel building with glazing, metal siding and stucco exterior finishes.  Photovoltaic solar panels are installed on the rooftop and interiors feature polished concrete floors, classrooms, office space, computer and science labs.  The building is LEED Silver Certified.  Scope included grading and heavy-duty asphalt paving for access road and new parking areas.
